In order to keep the wide know-how, which IBERCISA has accumulated from its establishment, the Company is immersed into a continual research and development process. This activity of R&D is centred in two aspects: the products innovation and the process' innovation.

As benefit of the first aspect, the customer's exigent demands are satisfied, which contributes to give an added value to our machinery. As consequence of the second aspect, the manufacturing processes are optimized, the times are reduced and the changes of adaptation are more flexible. During all R&D activity IBERCISA is very careful with the technologies of information, as the essential dynamicizer agent to carry out the previous mentioned activity.

At present, IBERCISA is immersed in a project of R&D into the Programa de Fomento de la Investigación Técnica (PROFIT) of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce of Spain, as well as the Plan Galego de Investigación, Desenvolvemento e Innovación Tecnolóxica (PGIDIT) of the Xunta de Galicia-Spain.
