Ibercisa, the Vigo company has improved its production system by acquiring new machinery, in particular an milling machine with a working capacity for pieces of up to 1,3 tns and a moving capacity of 4m length and 3m across.  A Toss lathe with a distance between points of 4m and 1,500 diam of max. performance and a Javac  Rotary table for automatic welding. The purchase of this machinery has meant an important investment for the company which is betting on innovation and modernization of its installations.  At this moment it is working on the construction of machinery for 14 tug boats which operate on the Panama Canal and are being built at Armón Shipyards, as well as on machinery for two large trawlers for Norwegian owners which are being built in Turkish shipyards.
