Our history
Ibercisa started as a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of marine deck machinery. Since then, the company has maintained its commitment to R&D, diversifying its production to include all types of technological solutions proposed by our customers.
1970s
Going international
Ibercisa goes international with supplies to Scotland, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique and Cameroon.
1980s
Product diversification
Product diversification with Navy, merchant and towage contracts.
1980s and 90s
High-tech fishing markets
International expansion of fishing equipment to demanding high-tech markets like Norway and Iceland.
2010s
Entering the AHTS market
Ibercisa enters the demanding AHTS market, specialising in tugs and auxiliary vessels with high-capacity winches.
2020s
Ocean research
Strong progress in the ocean research sector with notable supplies, such as the Odón de Buen.
