The whole value chain, integrated
We have the entire value chain integrated in-house, which makes continuous improvement easier:
- In the office, our business development and sales team seeks out new opportunities, working closely with the studies and projects team, which prepares an initial conceptual and economic design based on the customer’s needs (in short, we work on a project basis). Once the offer is accepted, product design begins in the technical office: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation design (drive controls), production drawings, manuals and any other technical documentation.
- In the factory, we plan the production sequence, which includes boilermaking and welding, machining (milling, turning), surface treatment and assembly. Once the machinery is ready, logistics takes care of delivery to the customer.
- The after-sales team carries out commissioning on site, 24/7 remote assistance, spare parts management and technical support services.
The profiles we usually recruit
- Degree in industrial, naval or related engineering, mainly for studies and project management (monitoring of costs, deadlines and milestones) and the technical office. We also have roles in purchasing, quality, sales, services and after-sales.
- Higher vocational qualification in industrial automation and robotics for drive programming with TIA Portal, commissioning and 24-hour remote assistance. Our team also includes technical profiles with a passion for hydraulics.
- Intermediate or higher vocational qualifications in machining, mechanical manufacturing or related fields, for operating milling machines and lathes, product quality, production planning, drafting or after-sales services. Reading technical drawings is important for several positions.
- Intermediate or higher vocational qualifications related to marine machinery, for the assembly of heavy machinery, with forklift and overhead crane operation; training in occupational risk prevention in the shipbuilding sector (preventive resource) is valued.
